Ingot casting machine

The ingot casting system consists of a casting wheel, a die heating unit, a casting belt comprising a drive chain and dies, multiple cooling fans, a double hammer system, a transfer unit and an electrical control system. The weight of each individual ingot is around 8-10kg. The casting performance of the system is around 4-7 tons per hour, depending on the plant design. The ingot casting system can be configured according to the customer’s specifications, with the following available options: • Air-cooled system • Water-cooled system • Combined system: air/water-cooled • Stacking unit • Binding unit: fully/partly automatic • Weighing unit • Labelling unit (either individual ingots or entire packages)
