Description

High-pressure compressors for helium and heliox with horizontal design and robust construction for maximum efficiency in helium recovery and noble gas transfer. The gas-tight high-pressure compressors of the BAUER G series are specially designed for the compression of helium, heliox and other noble gases and feature a robust, maintenance-friendly design. The horizontal design allows for space-saving and cost-efficient installation. Blowby and loss gas recirculation as well as optimised encapsulation of the safety valves effectively minimise gas losses. The carefully matched compressor stages ensure optimum compression ratios and maximum operational reliability with low maintenance requirements. Thanks to BAUER's worldwide service network, long-term availability is guaranteed. The B-CONTROL MICRO is a modern, user-friendly compressor control system with a color display that intelligently manages and reliably monitors all basic functions. Interaction between the user and the control system is intuitive and straightforward, with information displayed in clear text. Various languages are available. External signal transmitters can be connected at any time, and operation in a networked system or with an external display is also possible. Air-cooled, belt-driven compressor units supplied on a sturdy base frame. Installs on vibration dampers and does not require a special foundation. The air-cooled compressor is designed for efficient heat dissipation and ease of service. The V-belt drive provides flexible, low-maintenance power transmission between the electric motor and compressor.
