Description

The BK26 series stands for high-performance hydrogen high-pressure compressors up to 365 bar – reliable and safe for applications in industry and mobility. The water-cooled high-pressure boosters of the HTA 26 series from BAUER KOMPRESSOREN have been specifically developed for demanding industrial hydrogen applications. Robust compressor blocks and proven system components ensure maximum operational reliability and a long service life. The B-CONTROL III is the premium control system for complex applications. Its 7-inch touchscreen display provides a user-friendly visualization of all operating data. Features such as a data logger, USB interface, Remote HMI, and protocols including OPC UA, Modbus, and CAN bus are integrated. The control system supports up to four compressors in a network and can be expanded flexibly. The PLC unit with B-CONTROL III display and the control cabinet with power section are installed outside the hazardous area. The compressor units of the HTA 26 hydrogen series are equipped with a direct coupling and vibration dampers, making them suitable for installation without a foundation. The systems are specifically designed for hydrogen compression and ensure safe operation. Targeted water cooling of the intercoolers, aftercoolers, and valve heads dissipates a large portion of the generated heat via the cooling water. This service-friendly cooling concept is particularly suitable for demanding installation environments and ambient conditions where the use of purely air-cooled compressors is not feasible. The integrated automatic condensate drain ensures the automatic discharge and collection of the accumulated condensate.
