The CS 23 medium-pressure series has been specially designed for reliable biomethane injection, delivering high efficiency and long service life. It is engineered for continuous 24/7 operation and ensures maximum operational safety.
High daily capacity
Two space-saving variants for any infrastructure
Modularly expandable to meet growing demand
High-pressure filtration
Maximum operational safety and durability
BAUER feed-in compressor systems enable the targeted injection of processed biomethane into existing supply infrastructures starting from pressure levels of PN 10. The CS 23 series offers a variable outlet pressure that can be flexibly adapted to different grid applications. A typical scope of supply includes the compressor, the electrical control system, and the complete high-pressure system.
The B-CONTROL III from BAUER controls and monitors all functions of the CNG filling station – from gas intake to dispensing. Standard features include monitoring and control of interconnected systems with up to four compressors, automatic compressor data monitoring, maintenance management, and internet-enabled remote service.
In addition, the control system offers practical extra functions: extended language options, full-text display, and common interfaces such as OPC UA, Modbus, CAN bus, or Profibus. The control cabinet with power section and PLC unit is installed in the non-hazardous area.
The compressor blocks of the natural gas series are specifically developed for CNG applications. They meet international safety standards and deliver outstanding energy efficiency and reliability – even under the toughest conditions.
