Description

BAUER's modular gas treatment system ensures reliable oil removal and drying of compressed gases using activated carbon or molecular sieves. A dew point sensor can be integrated as an option for monitoring gas quality. Developed to meet the highest safety and quality standards, the system is ideal for demanding high-pressure applications. Efficient gas purification: Reliably removes residual moisture and oil. High purity: Ensures consistent gas quality for industrial and technical applications. Pressure range up to 300 bar: Suitable for medium-pressure applications. Easy maintenance: Minimised downtime thanks to quick and easy replacement of filter cartridges. Robust design: Durable and designed for continuous use. Flexibility: Adaptable to different types of gas and areas of application. Reliability: Stable performance even during continuous operation. The filter systems are available in different sizes to cover varying service lives. The actual service lives can be calculated individually according to the customer's gas quality. For gas drying, the systems can be equipped with a molecular sieve, optionally supplemented by a dew point sensor. Activated carbon is used to remove oil components. In the P61 and P81 models, filtration is carried out using cartridges, while the P160, P180, P200 and P220 models work with bulk material.
