Description

After feeding the tubs onto a conveyor belt, the SET series machines first lift the nests out of the tub using a suction frame. The empty tubs are transported further on the conveyor belt and, depending on the machine configuration, stacked on top of each other to save space. The syringes in the nest are lifted in rows and fed for further transport using a gripper tool. Chutes, low-contact horizontal conveyor belts or cell chains are used here for individual transport (no glass-to-glass contact of the syringes). The empty nests are discharged from the machine via a chute into a collection container. Buffer device for tubs at the infeed for reduced operator intervention Gentle removal of the syringes Fully automatic stacking function for up to 88 tubs for the longest possible machine run without operator intervention
