Our compact semi-automatic machines enable the precise filling of stable containers of all kinds. Non-stable objects such as cartridges, syringes or test tubes can also be processed safely using suitable transport and holding devices. The development is based on our expertise in the construction of fully automatic systems for the pharmaceutical processing of sensitive products. The dosing systems used correspond to those used in fully automated production lines and guarantee consistently high processing quality. Depending on the application, various dosing technologies are available, including a valveless rotary piston pump, our patented single-hose peristaltic pump and pharmaceutical dispensers - from Viscotec, for example - for highly viscous media. For maximum process reliability, an integrated scale enables in-process control of up to 100 %. The filling quantity is automatically monitored during production and readjusted if necessary. Batch protocols can be saved and output via the integrated printer.
