Description

Overview
This machine solution sets new standards in pharmaceutical production: it combines maximum performance with absolute process reliability and delivers consistently reproducible results even with highly sensitive and demanding powders. The flexible, modular system concept adapts precisely to individual production requirements, resulting in customised solutions that integrate future requirements effortlessly. An innovative transport system ensures maximum performance in minimum space and guarantees reliable, precise and gentle object transport for maximum efficiency with an optimised footprint.

Process and dosing
Dosing is carried out using systems precisely customised to the product properties. The appropriate technology is selected for each powder to achieve maximum dosing accuracy, high output and consistently stable, reliable process control. The transport and dosing concept is designed for low-vibration movement, defined stops and precise positioning to ensure reliable dosing and minimised losses, especially with sensitive powders.

Advantages
  • Maximum operator safety thanks to elimination of active substructure movements and fully integrated containment solutions
  • Precisely coordinated dosing systems optimally configured for specific product properties
  • Maximum process reliability with precise regulation of dosing volume and in-process control
  • Fast, flexible system set-up via Rapid Transfer Ports (RTP)
  • Outstanding cleaning efficiency due to complete wash-down capability and hygienic surfaces

Dosing technologies / Options
Auger dosing
  • Output up to 14,400 objects / hour
  • Flexible and optimised versions for CIP/SIP
  • RTP philosophy for fast and uncomplicated system set-up
  • Wash-down compatible

Vacuum-pressure dosing
  • Output up to 30,000 objects / hour
