Overview
The modular steel pipe racking system is a versatile construction kit based on 28 mm round steel pipes and metal connectors. It enables fast assembly of workstations, racks, material trolleys and other lean-production equipment across industrial and logistic environments.

Pipes (Ø28 mm)
The system is built around 28 mm outer-diameter round steel pipes available in several variants and surface/coating options. Variants include DP, D-COAT, ECCO and SUS. Multiple colours and different inner-diameter options are offered. Certain pipe variants are available in electrically conductive versions for ESD applications.

D-COAT pipes
D-COAT steel pipes feature a plastic coating that provides enhanced corrosion protection and colour-coding possibilities for equipment identification.

ECCO pipes
ECCO steel pipes have a highly scratch-resistant powder coating, are UV-resistant, reusable and recyclable for sustainable applications.

SUS pipes
SUS pipes offer a smooth, stainless-steel-like surface with good corrosion resistance, high reusability and resistance to marking from clamping or contact.

Pipe joints (connectors)
Metal pipe joints assemble the system into stable structures. Connectors include a special grip profile delivering very high pull-out and holding forces (> 80 kg). A single connector can accommodate up to five pipes. Available connector finishes: black powder-coated, white galvanised (electrically conductive, suitable for ESD) and nickel-plated.
