The compact vertical saw - ideal for toolmaking and test cuts. With its moveable support table, the easy-to-use LPS-T vertical saw is the all-rounder when it comes to sawing small, compact parts and short sections. Those are typically needed in toolmaking. Sample cuts and notching work on difficult-to-machine material are also part of its repertoire. Due to the compact dimensions, the LPS-T table band saw can also be set up in areas with limited space. - Unsurpassed precision and cutting performance: The high cutting accuracy, quiet running, and long blade life are all due to the special torsion-resistant design of the saw frame. The force for the saw feed is applied directly beneath the cutting point, resulting in more accurate feed movements. - Servo Feed System: The Behringer servo feeding system ensures constant chip removal and makes better use of modern bandsaw blades. It prevents overloading and premature wear of the bandsaw blades. - Chip conveyor standard: A generously sized chip conveyor with an integrated coolant tank is located under the saw unit. Chips and coolant are collected and separated here. The conveyor can be moved out for cleaning and maintenance. - Movable material support table: For easy loading and unloading by crane, the material table can be moved out from under the saw unit. - NC measuring unit: The LPS-T can be equipped with an optional NC-controlled measuring unit. The cutting depth is digitally pre-programmed. Material can be aligned with the measuring device and securely clamped, speeding up the setup process. - Quick bandsaw blade change: Tool-free bandsaw blade changes mean shortest set-up times. - Cast iron band guiding parts: Made by Behringer, they provide vibration damping directly at the cutting edge, increasing tool life. - Compact: Due to its compact dimensions, the table band saw LPS-T can be set up in constricted spaces. - Powered duplex chip brushes: Actively clean the blade and prevent chips from being drawn into the cutting channel, increasing tool service life.
