Description The Vernet Behringer MAG620 plate machining machine provides precise and fast end-to-end processing in a passthrough configuration. It integrates marking, carbide drilling and milling, hole deburring (lower and upper faces) and high-definition plasma cutting (straight and bevel cuts). The MAG620 supports high automation levels including automatic part handling and semi-automatic or fully automatic plate loading.
Key functions - Milling
- Marking
- Drilling
- Scribing
Main benefits and operational features - Labor reduction via semi-automatic or automatic plate loading, complete part machining without intermediate handling and automatic offcut unloading.
- Fast, accurate plate processing by combining marking, carbide drilling-milling, hole deburring and high-definition plasma cutting in a single pass.
- Modular automation: automatic plate loading, automatic part unloading and palletizing.
- Optional full enclosure for operator protection.
- Material savings with advanced nesting software and continuous chained cutting without skeleton; repositionable measuring carriage reduces remnants to approx. 20 mm.
- Process connectivity: semi- or fully integrated finishing/tumbling equipment for deburring, descaling, edge rounding, degreasing and surface preparation.
- Automatic 14-position tool changer for flexible tooling and long-duration unattended operation.
