OverviewThe Vernet Behringer MAG1225 plate machining centre performs high-throughput machining in a passthrough process. It integrates marking, carbide drilling and milling, deburring of holes on lower and upper faces, and high-definition plasma cutting with straight and bevel cuts. The MAG1225 supports automatic part handling and automatic or semi-automatic plate loading.
Capabilities- Milling
- Marking: V-scoring (standard); optional high-speed disk marking (40 characters)
- Drilling: carbide drilling and milling, up to 50 mm Ø
- Scribing
- High-definition plasma cutting (straight and bevel cuts)
Main features and benefits- Reduced labour through semi-automatic or automatic plate loading and integrated part handling.
- Combined operations in one passthrough process to avoid part handling between stages.
- Flexible automation modules: automatic loading, automatic unloading and palletizing.
- Optional full enclosure for operator protection.
- Material savings with advanced nesting and continuous chained cutting; repositionable measuring carriage allows remnants from 20 mm.
- Process connectivity: semi or full integration with downstream finishing equipment (e.g., VB by SPK tumbling machine).
- Automatic 14-position tool changer for extended autonomous machining.
