Overview
Behringer horizontal bandsaws in table design are engineered for heavy-duty industrial applications such as forges, rolling and die-casting shops, steel finishing works and tool & mold making. Independently traversable clamping vices and blade guide arms enable precise sawing of bulky or irregular workpieces. The reduced table height allows installation at normal hall floor level for easy loading.

• Powered duplex chip brushes: Actively clean the blade and prevent chips entering the cutting channel; brushes self-adjust for uniform cleaning to extend blade life and reduce wear.
• Servo feed with dual ball screw spindles: BEHRINGER servo feed with cutting pressure control ensures constant chip removal and high cutting performance on large or difficult-to-cut materials while extending blade life.
• Automation ready: Supplied as semi-automatic; options for additional vice at table end and axis-controlled positioning for automation upgrades.
• Optimum accessibility: Open design grants direct access to wear parts for simplified maintenance, repairs and blade changes.
• No foundation required: Equipment can be installed on existing hall floors without costly foundation work.
