Overview
Behringer horizontal bandsaw in table design HBP1100-1500T is designed for cutting bulky, unshaped and heavy workpieces in forges, rolling mills, die-casting and steel finishing plants, as well as in tool and mould making. Independently traversable clamping vices and blade guide arms allow precise positioning of workpieces and reduce handling effort. Low table height permits installation on existing hall floor level.

• Centric material clamping: Independently traversable vices clamp material in its placed position, avoiding repositioning of heavy pieces.
• Precise portal guiding system: Two solid columns and support bars form a stable gantry minimizing vibrations and increasing service life.
• Servo feed with two ball screw spindles: Feed system with cutting pressure control ensures constant chip removal and stable cutting, especially on large or hard-to-cut materials.
• Powered duplex chip brushes: Actively clean the blade, prevent chip ingress into the cutting channel and extend blade life.
• Optimum accessibility: Open design offers direct access to wear parts for simplified maintenance and blade changes.
• No foundation required: Machine can be installed on existing hall floor.

• Rotatable band guide (option): 90° rotatable guide for vertical and horizontal sawing and sample notching.
