The integration of robots, camera systems, post-cooling baths and laser marking are part of our product portfolio, just like the latest control technology and process data analysis provided by our large blow-moulding systems are. They are particularly reliable, boast a long service life and an impressive extrusion concept. The precise regulation of the clamping motion and the exact plate guidance are standard features of all BEKUM large blow-moulding systems, ensuring optimal formation of the pinch-off edge can be achieved with different moulds and materials. Advantages of the flexible single-station and double-station systems are short drying times due to the high travel speed, reliable synchronisation of the distribution of clamping force – due to a uniform force transmission using 4 external locking mechanisms, which guarantee a long service life for the mould pinch-off edges – and low force and energy requirements due to the low masses being moved. The extrusion concepts employed in co-extrusion guarantee perfectly distributed wall thicknesses and EVOH barriers, resulting in increased productivity due to material savings.
