The log-splitter VSD 43/13 by BELL is the choice of professional workers. A vertical log splitter that is featured by a beam made with the use of large and resistant steel laminates, from the wood splitting surface to the ground with a wide light open space which allows large wood logs to be positioned without any effort to lift them onto the machine. The two-hand ZHB safety device forces the operator to work with both hands simultaneously on the machine and it’s equipped with a double automatic speed system which makes any operation fast and safe and saves a lot of time. Less resistance means greater speed. The new ergonomic system with a lateral pivoting lever allows to lock in position the wood logs during the splitting work with extreme ease. Other than the standard features, BELL VSD 43/13 log splitter can be equipped with a 4Hp three-phase electric motor or with the cardan shaft and the connections to the hydraulic system of the tractor. All versions of the VSD 43/13 can be also endowed of a hydraulic or mechanical log lifter and a hydraulic winch which allows the operator to hook even the most distant wood log and drag it comfortably to the wedge of the machine. To make the trasport operation even easier and the storage of the log splitter after work, the cylinder can be lowered hydraulically without necessarily having to disconnect or loosen the hydraulic hoses.
