NESTING is the Belotti Series ideal for obtaining small pieces from the processing of large aluminium and technical plastic panels, up to 50 mm thick. The NESTING Series is Belotti’s automated and highly flexible technological solution, developed to meet the demands of multiple industrial sectors: packaging, mechanical industry, checking fixtures, automotive and aerospace. The possibility of configurations with a minimum footprint, combined with the high dynamism of the milling head, guarantee maximum quality of the machined surfaces, high productivity and optimization of the material used. The Belotti NESTING centers have been designed to be able to operate in unattended mode during the entire processing cycle time, allowing a significant reduction in operator-cost and a high return on investment (ROI). The compact and monolithic structure, the ease of programming thanks to the CAD / CNC plug-in, the aluminium suction table with MDF panel and vacuum locking system and the suction system with electronic adjustment of the hood ensure an optimization of the installation and processing, energy consumption and cleaning of the working environment.
