UV integrator Typ D

Application: The BELTRON UV integrators measure UV energy in UV curing systems, UV drying ovens, UV exposure units, printing-plate exposure rigs and other graphic-production equipment. Monitoring UV dose and adjusting process parameters helps prevent incorrect exposures and material waste.

Design: A sensor located on the underside detects UV radiation. Optical filters and photodiodes block visible and IR wavelengths so only the target UV band is measured. The total UV dose is displayed on a 6-digit LCD. A compact transport/storage case is supplied. Regular calibration services (based on DKD-tested laboratories) are available to ensure measurement traceability.
