UV integrator Typ I

Application:
BELTRON UV integrators are used for the detection of energy in UV hardening systems, UV drying ovens, UV exposure systems, printing plate exposure systems and other graphic devices. Inspecting the UV light metering level and corresponding adjustments in the production process help prevent incorrect exposures and material scrap.

Design:
A sensor located on the underside of the device detects UV radiation. Special filters and photodiodes absorb visible and IR wavelengths so that only the desired spectral range is measured. The total UV metering level is displayed on a 6-digit LCD.
