Product overview
The UV-C air sterilizer by Beltron is a device for chemical-free sterilization and disinfection of indoor air. It cleans the air (up to 150 m³) from viruses, pollutants, gases, pollen, smoke and mold and can be used in various rooms thanks to its compact, discreet design. Its low-noise operation allows use, for example, in training rooms.

Operating principle
The unit uses UV lamps. It is available in an ozone-generating version (VUV emitter, 184.9 nm) as an ozone generator or in an ozone-free version (UV emitter, 254 nm) for pure air sterilization. Ozone acts as a strong oxidant and eliminates bacteria and viruses on surfaces and in the air within a short time. The housing is made of stainless steel (material 1.4301).

Operation (ozone variant)
Place the unit inside the vehicle or room (max. room volume 150 m³). For larger rooms, multiple units are required.

• Close doors, windows and ventilation openings.
• Connect the unit to the mains and operate it using the digital timer (incl. running hours counter).
• The unit immediately begins producing ozone.
• No people or animals must be present in the room during treatment.
• After treatment, ventilate the room thoroughly or allow approximately 2 hours for natural ozone decay.

Operation (ozone-free alternative)
Place the unit inside the vehicle or room (max. room volume 150 m³). For larger rooms, multiple units are required.

• Close doors and windows.
• Connect the unit to the mains and operate it using the digital timer (incl. running hours counter).
• The unit immediately begins air circulation and sterilization of the air using UV-C radiation.
• Unlike the ozone variant, the unit can be operated continuously and people and animals may remain in the room.
