Application
Beltron devices can be equipped with an operating terminal (touchscreen). High-resolution displays with over 32,000 colours are available. Display size: 5 inches.

Functions 1
The main screen appears once the machine control is switched on. The most important process data is clearly represented and displayed on the main screen. The dryer can be switched on and off by utilising the Start/Stop buttons. Lamp symbols indicate the status of the respective UV lamp (start-up phase, readiness for operation) and the transport drive unit. If a malfunction occurs, a ticker with the exact cause of the malfunction is displayed. An on-line energy display and a unit counter can be shown or hidden on request.

Functions 2
A detailed assistant system is available for all screen pages; all important functions of the displayed pages are explained in detail. Various functions can be accessed via numerous selection menus. Access to operator or user levels can be protected with a password to protect process data. Two keypads are provided for entering data (touch on the desired field triggers an input keyboard). Important additional information and security queries are shown via a pop-up window. Process data can be stored individually in 20 programmes (each programme description allows two text lines with up to 10 digits/characters). Each UV lamp is equipped with two operating hour counters to determine service life and total illumination time. A malfunction list and malfunction history are available. A standby function enables lamp output reduction during longer downtimes to reduce energy consumption. Depending on features available, additional parameters (e.g. UV measuring in mJ, language, unit counter) can be set, registered or amended.
