Intelligent compressor master controller
The BERG AMC Master 4 dynamically manages up to 16 compressors to maintain a narrow pressure band of ±0.15 bar. By activating only the compressors required to meet demand, it reduces energy consumption and helps extend equipment lifetime.

Visualization and real-time insights
The integrated web server provides full transparency of the compressed air system, highlights inefficient compressors, stores data locally and on your server, and supports updates and data export via USB or network connections.

User interface and connectivity
Equipped with a 10" color touchscreen and WiFi, the Master 4 can be configured and monitored from laptops, tablets or smartphones. Self-learning algorithms adapt to system dynamics; enter compressor parameters and desired pressure ranges and the controller optimises operation.

Monitoring of ancillary equipment
The controller monitors dryers, filters and other peripherals and issues alerts for faults to reduce downtime and maintain operational continuity.

Brand-independent compatibility
BERG AMC Master 4 works independently of compressor brands. Iterative optimisation algorithms determine the best combination of active compressors for production requirements.
