The modular system of the double belt press allows the combination of any number of modules and components. This exceptional versatility allows for the execution of several work steps on a single production line. The machine can be enlarged or reduced at any time. This enables the independent use of the machine and the realization of a wide variety of manufacturing processes. Highest thermal efficiency sliding plate modules (SPM), thickness calibration fixed roller modules (FRM), high pressure roller carpet modules (RCM) and heavy duty calender modules (CAM) are available in heating (H) or cooling (C) execution to fulfill your process tasks. In addition for you as customer you benefit from the Berndorf Research & Development Center where a MDBP 800 (mm belt width) with SPM-H, SPM-C, FRM-H, RCM-H and CAM-H modules is available to test your products for better process efficiency or to develop new products.
