Our flat pouches (with 3 seals) are ideal for keeping your products in optimum condition. This proven design of pouch is a classic among flexible packaging solutions, and has been tried and trusted by consumers and industrial companies alike. BERNHARDT offers a wide choice of high barrier films for optimal protection against oxidation, moisture and UV light. All of our films are food grade. We also supply pharmacopoeia compliant films. • We offer custom sizes as well as a small format 130x200mm and a large format 1000x1400mm. • Easy to seal. • The pouch may be customized with rounded corners, tear notch or zip closure. • They can be easily moulded to fit a box using the automatic former manufactured by BERNHARDT. Volume : from 500mL to 1000L BERNHARDT’s flat pouches and bags offer excellent protection and long-term preservation of your sensitive products. Indeed, an optimal protection is provided by our 3 or 4 layer complexes with aluminium barrier film. Moreover, the 4 layer films include a polyamide layer. This gives the bags extra strength for vacuum packing.
