Description

Precision tweezers (Form 63) for pick-and-place and handling of electronic components, designed for SMD/THT and geometrically shaped parts.

Features
  • Diagonal pickup Ø 1.5 mm, tip width 5 mm
  • Grapple angle 45°
  • Form 63
  • Material: stainless steel
  • Stainless, acid-resistant, antimagnetic
  • Length: 125 mm
  • Weight: 15 g
  • Coating: dissipative black ESD coating (surface resistance 10^6–10^9 Ω)
  • Surface finish: matt fine polished, reflection-free

Area of application
Gripping, holding and positioning tweezers for geometrically shaped parts (pick-and-place). Suitable for SMD/THT technology and for gripping cylindrical components and parts such as Mini MELFs, diodes, resistors, or for holding wires. Bulbous or long-hollow receptacles facilitate pulling and inserting round or cubic components.

Technical description
100% stainless austenitic chromium-nickel steel with low carbon content: non-magnetic, rustproof and acid-resistant. Reflection-free matt fine polished finish. Not seawater resistant. The dissipative black ESD coating provides a surface leakage resistance of 10^6–10^9 Ω.
