Overview
A machined tube should not contain any chips. Bewo's cutting lines provide chip-free products by integrating tube cleaning into the automatic cutting process. After cleaning a metal tube, Bewo's cutting lines can deliver products free of chips and dust particles.

Chips removal
When removing chips from a tube in a cutting line, exact tube dimensions are of little significance as all combinations are possible. Following the complete processing of a product with Bewo's integrated cleaning, the tube can be delivered without chips, preventing adverse effects during bending or other finishing operations.
