Overview Bewo offers modular saw solutions for tube cutting lines designed to balance productivity and flexibility. Each installation is configured to customer requirements with a focus on reliable, repeatable cutting and integration into automated production flows.

Automatic cutting lines Automatic cutting lines use industrial sawing machines and automatic saws that allow rapid changeover and high throughput. Systems can be configured for continuous operation, handling several thousand applications per hour where required. Lines are scalable and can include feed, storage and logistics interfaces.

Downstream processes and finishing Sawing stations can be combined with downstream modules for deburring, chamfering, measuring and rinsing. Modules may be supplied by Bewo or integrated from third-party vendors to provide a complete process chain from raw tube to finished part.

Innovative machinery Machines are modular and scalable, enabling custom combinations and incremental upgrades. This modularity allows adaptation to changing production needs and integration of new technologies without full system replacement.

Scratch-free cutting For sensitive products, handling and choice of contact materials are specified to avoid surface damage. Minimising contact during transport, selecting appropriate support materials and ensuring effective chip removal at the cutting zone are key measures. Bottom-up cutting (saw positioned underneath the product) promotes chip fall-away, improves accessibility and reduces surface contamination.

Vice that prevents deformation during cutting Proportional cutting methods originally applied to single tubes have been adapted for multiple-tube processing to increase output and extend blade life. Electric vice jaws automatically set clamping force according to tube diameter and material, enabling secure clamping of thin-walled tubes without deformation and allowing a wide size range to be processed with a single universal tool.
