The Sirio Flexo printing machines In Line are studied to work in line with Extusion plants and/or Bag-Makers. The Sirio Flexo printers are developed for medium long runs, with printing jobs one side: 6+0 and “front reverse” 3+3 - 4+2 – 5 for the 6 Col. Printer and 4+0 and "Front - Reverse" 2+2 - 3+1for the 4th Color printer. These models are designed for the printing process of different materials as LDPE, HDPE, PP, PVC and paper. The mechanical structure is configurated with all horizontal printing decks and all machines are prepared for printing with solvent or-water based inks. These printers according to the specific applications, can be provided with the following accessories: • Automatic edge guide before printing stations • Hoist for changing and loading printing cylinders • Heating system by gas • Chambered doctor blade • pneumatic pumps for ink • Viscosimeter system • Videocamera for printing process control
