DESCRIPTION BFR SYSTEMS mobile junction accumulator enables to drive products arriving in an irregular flow to accumulate them in a dynamic way (no push or friction). The equipment preserves the products integrity, suppresses too-high paces and limits micro-stops, and then make easier the work of the packing machine. Our flow regulation conveyors, often associated with this equipment enable to in-feed continuously the products, one by one or in batch into the chain with pushers of a packing machine type Flowpack, or other packing equipment. APPLICATION Driving of products arriving in irregular flows Dynamic accumulation of products (no push or friction) by 2 conveyors with a mobile junction Regulation of products one by one or in batch to in-feed continuously the packing machine with flow regulation conveyors Speed: up to 600 products / minute. Length of dynamic accumulation of products up to 3 meters depending on models TECHNICAL CARACTERISTICS Aside mechanic parts (away from products passing) closed in a case, with integrated electric box guarantying high accessibility and then easy maintenance and cleaning.
