Overview The BHS Jetliner Xceed (XC) is a single-pass inkjet press for corrugated board engineered to increase productivity and flexibility while reducing manpower, material waste and finishing costs. It supports multiple workflows from roll-to-roll to inline RSR® (roll-to-printed-sheet) configurations.
Technology and design The system combines industry-proven piezo inkjet printheads, certified water-based inks, intelligent automation for paper moisture control and a fully encapsulated printing unit that reduces environmental requirements. Integrated Intelligent Uptime & Quality functions and Lifecycle Services support continuous operation and reduced manual intervention.
