Description
Is the first CNC centre to be expressly designed for 4-axes machining for CR39 and polycarbonate lenses and masks. It features two rotary and two linear axes, the latter being those of the lens-carrier, so that the tool is always perpendicular to the workpiece surface. BieMmePi's exclusive software will also handle toroidal, bispherical and toric masks. With the automatic tool-changer, different tools can be used in one setting to avoid repositioning the workpiece with the consequent precision and quality problems.
