Group with rotating trapezoidal screw, with supports and dust cup cylinders, for medium/long manual or motorised movements with mechanical or electronic position indicator. Group complete with felt dust cups, ready to mount flexible rubber protective screw covers. Group E/DXAB+LXY with medium/long screw and dust protection, allows the regulation of axial play and is mainly used horizontally but, if needed, also vertically/obliquely after prior risk assessment relative to the specific application. The system allows the control of the maximum wear of the nuts, tolerable up to a 1/4 of a pass, and helps to provide an adequate protection for the machine by limiting any eventual risks due to nuts breaking (use the Excellent safety Group if better security is needed vertically). Alternatively we have Group version E/DXAB+LX that can be used for horizontal movement only having a short screw, without axial play adjustment, and offering a smaller footprint and greater economy.
