Chain conveyors are among the “workhorses” in intralogistics. Chain conveyors are unbeatable when pallets need to be transported crosswise. However, they are also a proven solution for the lengthwise transportation of pallet cages or containers. Thanks to the uncompromising quality of their manufacture, our chain conveyors work safely and reliably even under the most demanding conditions. This makes BINDER chain conveyors ideal for use in the fresh and frozen food sector as well as in the normal temperature range. Even at temperatures as low as -28°C, our chain conveyors ensure that load carriers are transported quickly and smoothly. The conveyed goods are carried on a roller chain. The highly wear-resistant plastic slide rail attached to the frame construction ensures low-friction and low-noise running. The drive is provided by a continuous shaft with shaft-mounted geared motor. The individual chain strands are tensioned separately. Reversing operation is possible. Small, roller bearing mounted chain deflections allow the longitudinal and transverse transportation of common loading aids without changing lanes.
