Bio-Circle UNO S PF is a low-foaming water-based cleaner with integrated corrosion protection for sophisticated cleaning tasks. It is particularly suited for the mechanical cleaning of components that rust easily. Bio-Circle UNO S PF is a universally applicable water-based low-foaming alkaline cleaner with integrated temporary corrosion protection. Its alkalinity makes it perfect for removing oil, grease, protein residues, and pigmented ink from materials that would otherwise rust easily when cleaned with a water-based cleaner. It can be used manually; however, its strong point is the application in automatic cleaning devices, such as: Pressure washers Ultrasonic systems Immersion baths Hot-water parts washers With extremely persistent contaminations, UNO S PF can be used undiluted; in mechanical applications, however, application concentrations are usually between 3 and 5 %. UNO S PF can be diluted with water up to 1:40, with the anti-corrosion effect gradually decreasing. Highly sensitive parts such as castings usually require concentrations of 10 to 20 %. Alternatively, Bio-Circle Corrosion protection for water-based systems can be added. Just avoid undiluted application on aluminium or zinc surfaces – dilutions between 1:30 and 1:40 can normally be used without adverse effect. The low-foaming effect in combination with the fact that UNO S PF is compatible with oil separators facilitates use in automatic cleaning applications with long bath lives. Moreover, its high concentration and good effectiveness already at ambient temperature help save costs.
