Description

The DryVap® Concentrator System automates the drying, evaporation, and concentration of organic solvent extracts prior to chromatographic analysis, combining what were once manual steps into one automated process. Combine the DryVap® with the Biotage® Solvent Recovery SVOC system to recover up to 95 % of the solvent vapor during the concentration process. Drying and Concentration The DryVap® Concentrator System dries and concentrates organic solvent extracts prior to GC and GC/MS analysis. Designed to emulate the traditional Kuderna Danish (KD) method, the DryVap Concentrator System uses a unique combination of vacuum, heat, and nitrogen sparge gas to rapidly evaporate and gently concentrate extracts down to a desired volume while retaining the analytes of interest. Fully Automated The DryVap® Concentrator System is designed with the fast-pace of production laboratories in mind. Once loaded, the system completes the evaporation procedure automatically, freeing up laboratory personnel for other tasks. Its ability to run a saved program eliminates common sources of variability stemming from a chemists' technique and helps to produce superior results time and time again. Inline Drying When equipped with the DryDisk®-R Separation Membrane, the DryVap Concentrator System automates the process of drying samples, reducing the total number of manual transfers and the chance for accidents while increasing the sample throughput in your laboratory. Fast Concentration of a Wide Array of Solvents The DryVap Concentrator System is designed to run a variety of solvents typical to most environmental laboratories.
