The new TurboVap® EH is built on the solid foundations of reliability and performance that made it the market leader for solvent evaporation. The unit allows seamlessly transfer of samples from Biotage® Extrahera™ to TurboVap® EH without moving tubes from one rack to another. TurboVap® EH accommodates 48 samples contained in tubes up to 18 x 75 mm (2 x 24 position racks). The new TurboVap® is designed around a common chassis with interchangeable accessories, allowing users to switch quickly between configurations for a wide range of sample sizes and applications. Workflow Enhancements TurboVap® EH facilitates optimized workflow for samples processed on Biotage® Extrahera™. Samples collected on Extrahera in the following Sample/Collection racks can be placed directly in the TurboVap EH without having to move collection tubes from one rack to another before evaporation. The low flow rate early in the process promotes gradual evaporation. As the sample evaporates and more space is available in the tube/vial, the gas flow can be increased to further speed evaporation. Evaporation proceeds optimally, avoiding splashing and eliminating the possibility of cross contamination.
