Developed for efficient extraction of therapeutic oligonucleotides (ASO, siRNA) from biological matrices such as plasma, serum, urine and tissue homogenates. Biotage® Oligo SPE employs a mixed-mode weak anion exchange (WAX) polymeric sorbent to remove proteins, salts, sugars, lipids and DNA fragments while preserving oligonucleotide integrity. The sorbent is formulated to deliver clean extracts and consistent high recoveries across diverse oligonucleotide chemistries and sequence lengths. Formats and plate designs are compatible with high-throughput laboratory workflows and automation; supplied protocols aid method development and reduce degradation and protein-binding losses.
