BKS is equipped with various welding robots for a wide range of jobs. Besides the conventional TIG/MIG welding technologies, BKS owns a state-of-the-art PTA welding robot together with a 5-axis TIG robot. Welding materials range from Stellite, Tungsten Carbide to other high wear resistance alloys. Further BKS owns one induction heater for the brazing of tungsten carbide blades on stainless steel bodies. Our welding capabilities is used for a wide range of applications from the Plastics industries to the recycling industries (rewelding of shredder knives). Our engineering team is further also specialized in the maintenance of shredder knives and the replacement of them on your machine
