The wheels in the G series are made from high-quality grey cast iron with machined treads and edges. These features maximise concentricity. Due to their hardness of 180 to 220 HB, the wheels also provide excellent rolling and swivel resistance on even floors and outstanding wear resistance. The wheels are self-lubricating due to the graphite which they contain. It is important that the integrated grease nipple provides continuous lubrication, particularly for the plain bore version. Thanks to their robust design, the wheels are suitable for carrying heavy loads, even with a small diameter. The wheels are also used in painting systems and autoclaves. The wheels in the G series can also be used in furnaces or for other high-temperature applications due to their ability to handle temperatures up to 600 °C.
