"First creasing, then die-cutting" this is the new principle behind the Folding Carton Production System from BOGRAMA. The new creasing and die-cutting processes are carried out in two stages, ensuring top scoring quality. The Folding Carton Production System consists of two 550 x 750 rotary die-cutting machines placed in line. The sheets are creased in the first unit (up to the cutting-line) and die-cut in the second. Following the die-cutting process, the waste matrix is removed, shredded in the new SH 550 Shredder and the folding cartons are stacked in the new STA 550 R Stacking delivery. The delivery has an interface for connecting to downstream units such as banding or packaging machines and robots.
