The HAT/D is specially designed for all those customers who want to integrate a box closing machine into their line, as it allows us to cover boxes of different heights and 2 different base sizes, its main advantage is that by closing the box with Hot-Melt you avoid multiple problems with your product: deterioration, contamination, theft or loss. This HAT/D machine model is equipped with servos for precise control of movements. The machine has sensors, which allows us to automatically detect the height of the box in order to adjust the Hot-Melt shots to each box. This model has a mirror version to work two machines in parallel. It can be integrated directly into the filling or pakagingline. Main advantages offered: Operating: motors in Servo mode. 2 Cover feeders: 1.5 meters each one (great working autonomy). Flexible: since it allows us to close boxes from 500x430x350 to boxes of 200x185x150 mm. Gluing time: adjustable from machine screen. Adaptable: ready for integration in production lines. Operation: box separation system (prevents boxes are pushed). Automatic: automatic detection and adjustment of box height.
