How Lubo Glass Cleaning System worksThe cleaning process uses sequential screening and air separation stages:
- Primary vibrating screen (flexible deck): removes the 0-10 mm fraction containing fine glass that generates wear on air systems.
- Covered conveyor with wind shifter and integrated reception chute: conveys material from the primary screen to the air separation stage.
- Secondary vibrating screen (flexible deck): removes the 10-25 mm fraction, leaving a heavier material stream.
- Second wind shifter with integrated reception chute: extracts the majority of remaining contaminants with approximate bulk density 25-50 kg/m3.
