The Bollegraaf HBC series horizontal channel baler is offered as part of an OEM factory‑certified refurbished program. Pre‑owned units are inspected, tested and rebuilt to factory standards at a dedicated Dutch refurbishment centre. Certified refurbished machines include a full two‑year warranty and a documented 52‑point inspection record.

Refurbishment process (selected items)

• Complete disassembly including frame and floor inspection
• Full electrical inspection and upgrades, including replacement of wiring as required
• Rebuild of all hydraulic cylinders and replacement of the ram wheel
• Inspection and overhaul of the pre‑press flap
• Manifold and mechanical components inspection and restoration
