General description
ONYX Indoor is a full-height automatic pedestrian gate that controls bidirectional pedestrian access with a detection system ensuring single-person passage. PRM-compatible, it enables non-discriminatory flow management. Its compact full-height design adapts to safety and internal security requirements in industrial, commercial, banking, nuclear, data centre and airport facilities.

Operation
On authorization from the access control system, the door cycle opens in the direction of travel. The 600/900 function provides an intermediate opening (600 mm) for enhanced flow control and a full opening (900 mm) for PRM access (1 UP). A logistics configuration (1400 mm) permits passage of carts and pallets (2 UP). Standard throughput is 25–30 people/min and can reach up to 60 people/min in specific operation.

Emergency evacuation
In case of building evacuation, swing doors automatically open in the evacuation direction in compliance with standards. Doors can also be pushed open if a manual trigger located in a secured area is activated.

Design and integration
The gate integrates like a door unit (front-mounted or fixed to an adjacent partition). Low-power integrated LEDs manage visual flow guidance and indicate operating status.

Customization
Full RAL colour customization is available. The glazed section can receive a logo via window film for visual branding.

• Personnel protection ensured by presence sensors.
• 12 mm tempered monolithic safety glazing to prevent harmful shards.
• Sensors along the full passage height for single-person detection (single file or frontal passage).
• Detection of malicious acts to strengthen security.
