Mainly used in construction, produced with steel 41CrS4, 32CrB4, B7, 42CrMo4, 25CrMo4, AISI 304, AISI 316, S355J2, it is made only on customer specifications. The production range goes from diameter M.6 to M.42 with length 100 mm to 3.000 mm (to be evaluated based on the diameter) with metric coarse thread (MA). In the case of stainless steels, the mechanical characteristics are those required by the EN 10088-3 standard, all other steels can be made with resistance class 5.6 – 8.8 – 10.9 according to the UNI EN ISO 898-1: 2013 standard. The bars can be supplied with electrolytic zinc plating, electrolytic zinc plating and dehydrogenation (if produced with 42CrMo4), hot dip galvanizing (maximum length 1,300 mm), Geomet, Zinkel, nitrocarburizing, cataphoresis. Packaging depends on the length of the bars. The standard requires the bars to be packed on pallets, bundles up to 3,000 mm long placed on special pallets, wooden crates. There is also the possibility to protect the fillets with a special net.
