Product overviewWith our thixotropic polyurethane gaskets, you can join objects with hollow or slightly inclined surfaces, even when made of different materials.
Performance and resistanceThanks to the thixotropic behaviour of the polyurethane, the gasket provides reliable adhesion between joined parts, ensuring long-lasting insulation under thermal cycles and vibration. It resists water, vapours, oils, gases, fuels, LPG and many chemical agents, as well as fine dust, positive and negative pressure, while maintaining elasticity over time. The product is easy to apply, reducing assembly time.
UsageThe product can be used together with preformed gaskets or alone for joint thicknesses below 0.1 mm.
Applications- Electrical: sealing doors of junction boxes and electrical panels, metal cabinets and transformer enclosures (including stainless steel)
- Sealing for machinery and engines
- Screw connections, filters, flanges, air ducts, compressor pumps, turbines, transmissions
- Fuel pumps, water pumps, oil sumps, cooling systems, heat exchangers, submersible pumps, exhaust lines and other industrial uses
Customization and productionCustom gaskets can be produced on request in specific shapes and sizes. Single prototypes and large-volume production runs are available.
