The Boratas Spiral Classifier is designed for washing, dewatering, and classification of sand and fine materials in aggregate production, mining, and industrial processing applications. It efficiently separates fine particles, removes slimes and impurities, and improves the quality of the final product. The machine is typically installed at the end of a crushing and screening plant or integrated into sand washing systems.

The unit consists of an inclined tank and one or two slowly rotating spiral shafts that transport coarse material while allowing finer particles and water to overflow. This continuous classification process produces clean, well-graded sand while reducing the loss of valuable material.
