Description

Clima 50 and Clima 100 compact vertical cooling tunnels reduce the amount of floor space required by traditional horizontal cooling tunnels by virtue of a compact folded vertical design. Any type of chocolate product that can be produced in a standard 275x175 polycarbonate mold can be cooled in a small footprint, without sacrificing productivity. It is no longer necessary to have industrial sized laboratories to accommodate ten-meter-plus horizontal tunnels in order to get a good production of molded products.
