Product overview
The Titan EVO range comprises 10 configurations of double edgers designed for flat-edge processing, thread machining and optional edge removal. The machines support immediate transfer to tempering after corner dubbing and offer spindle options (pneumatic standard or electro-pneumatic).

Main qualities
  • The Bottero range of double edgers for flat edge processing is engineered to meet industrial performance and quality requirements.
  • Barcode reading simplifies and accelerates machine setup for the operator, reducing changeover time.
  • The automatic dubbing unit enables finished pieces to be transferred directly to tempering; dubbed corners improve handling safety. The edge spindle is available pneumatic (standard) or electro-pneumatic.
  • All machine axes can operate simultaneously, minimising setup times and maximising production efficiency.
