Polaris Core and Polaris Advanced are two pneumatic actuator options within the configurable Polaris system for ultrasonic welding. The Branson Polaris platform enables manufacturers to implement a flexible, scalable and controllable joining solution for plastic components. Polaris actuators are available for integration into automated production lines or as stand-alone welding units. Polaris Power Supplies
Polaris P2100 and Polaris 2200 power supplies are compatible with Polaris actuators and deliver the control, energy and welding power required for the configurable Polaris system. They support local HMI and industrial connectivity for integration into process lines.
